Interaction of Pb, Ni and Cd with Aquatic Humic Substances of Amazonian Blackwater Rivers

چکیده

In this study, the extraction and characterization of aquatic humic substances (AHS) from two blackwater rivers in Amazon basin was carried out order to assess seasonal effects AHS structure. addition, an investigation complexing capacities (CC) structures containing metal ions CdII, NiII PbII also done. The (of AHS) done using UV-Vis, molecular fluorescence, infrared spectroscopy. Negro River showed more aromatic characteristics its weight, than Caru River. studied presented a pattern characterized by higher humification levels during rainy season. For all metals, capacity for highest were observed assays, which 0.56 0.12 µmol mg-1 dissolved organic carbon (DOC), RN RC-II, respectively.
